Our registered clients have the option of using Skype® for coaching.
We can coach you face to face in Sussex, Kent, Surrey and London
We are located in Sussex and can generally offer face to face coaching in Sussex, Kent, Surrey and London. However the vast majority of our coaching is given over the phone and this method common place and is very successful, we can also coach using the VOIP service offered by Skype®.

Contacting us by Email
We state in our Privacy Policy that we hate spam and to that end we do our best to restrict the opportunities for spammers to harvest our email address. This means that while you will see our email address throughout this website, it has been created as an image (This is effective in stopping Spam).
If you would like to contact us by email you can either type our address into your email "To" box, or you can use our online email form by following the contact us links or by clicking on our email address image.
Contact us using our 0845 phone number
In the recent past there has been some unfavourable press regarding the use of 08 telephone numbers, however I can assure you that the 0845 phone number we use will contact us at the UK local rate charged from BT landlines. Other operators and mobile networks might charge differently and you should check with your operator to check call costs.
Contact us using our 03 phone number
03 UK wide phone numbers have been introduced by Ofcom as an alternative to chargeable 08 phone numbers such as 0871, 0870, 0844 and 0845 numbers.
The new 03 numbers offers a number of benefits to the caller while still giving us a non-geographic business phone number.
- Calls to 03 numbers will cost the same as calls made to geographic 01 and 02 numbers.
- Calls to 03 numbers will be included as part of any Inclusive call minutes or discount packages offered by landline or mobile phone operators, such as BT's "Friends and Family" packages.
- Call share revenue will not be permitted on calls to 03 Numbers.
03 phone numbers are new and we believe that we are one of the first businesses to make use of them. This means that not all operators and exchanges have then set-up on their systems. We know that BT and Vodafone have done so and others will follow in the coming weeks.
If you or someone else cannot dial our 03 numbers then you should
contact the originating operator that provides you with outbound calls and
inform them that you are unable to call the 03 number, they should then add
the number range to their network.
Skype
For those who have yet to explore Skype®, this is an online form of communications using VOIP or Voice Over Internet Protocol, put simply you can use your computer to call other Skype® users free of charge. Another advantage of Skype® is that it supports video calls, so we can see each other during a call (a scary prospect on a bad hair day).
We only accept Skype® calls from our clients.
