The Coaches Training Institute

The Coaches Training Institute was founded in 1992 and is one of the first and largest accredited coach training schools in the world and a recognised leader in the creation and advancement of coaching standards, practices and integrity. They are one of the only 2 schools in the UK to offer ICF (www.coachfederation.org) accredited face to face learning.

The CTI Global network of coaches

Over the last decade, more than 11,000 coaches, consultants, managers, and new career explorers have developed coaching, leadership, and business development competencies through The Coaches Training Institute Co-Active Coaching Programmes globally. They have been training coaches, consultants, leaders and managers in the UK for the last 4 years and to date over 1,000 people have been through their curriculum. Co-Active Coach Training Courses were first offered in the UK in July 2000, firstly with Estrella Partnerships which has more recently become The Coaches Training Institute UK.
