How do I use it?

Think about how satisfied you are in each of the areas shown on the wheel right now at this moment in time.

Shade in the amount of your satisfaction from 0 to 10 in the various areas of your life on the printed wheel.
This does not mean the amount of time you spend but your level of satisfaction with the quality of each different area.

You can divide some segments into 2, for example, Physical Environment might be divided between work and home and you can even replace some sections with areas more relevant to you.

0=completely dissatisfied (Centre)
10=completely satisfied (Outer ring
